Tamir has licensed collection contractors who are overseen by the recognized body and submit monthly reports and data, under supervision.
It is important to clarify that the law regulating the handling of packaging does not apply to packaging that contained hazardous materials.
Empty packages that contained hazardous materials are included under the Hazardous Materials Handling Law.
