final destination, thereby maintaining the manufacturer\u2019s principle of liability &#8220;from cradle to grave\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The form will accompany each shipment of hazardous waste along its entire route to the final destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-spacer aligncenter kt-block-spacer-_d17844-49\"><div class=\"kt-block-spacer kt-block-spacer-halign-center\" style=\"height:60px\"><hr class=\"kt-divider\" style=\"border-top-color:#eee;border-top-width:1px;width:80%;border-top-style:solid\"\/><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>The information required to fill out the form:<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Details of the waste manufacturer.<\/li><li>Description of the waste and its properties.<\/li><li>Actions that the waste will undergo.<\/li><li>Details of a transportation company.<\/li><li>Details of a transit station and \/ or details of the final destination.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">H \u2013 Hazardous properties of hazardous waste according to the European Directive (Table A)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">R \u2013 Recovery operations according to the European Directive (Table B)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">D \u2013 Disposal operations according to the European Directive (Table C)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-spacer aligncenter kt-block-spacer-_ce4365-f5\"><div class=\"kt-block-spacer kt-block-spacer-halign-center\" style=\"height:60px\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to fill out the form<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-spacer aligncenter kt-block-spacer-_625a07-f4\"><div class=\"kt-block-spacer kt-block-spacer-halign-center\" style=\"height:60px\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-accordion alignnone\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-wrap kt-accordion-wrap class=\"kt-accordion-panel-inner\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Part A of the form will be filled in with all its details by the waste manufacturer, in 5 copies, including a serial number that will make it easier to identify the form in the future. Including the manufacturer&#8217;s signature and stamp<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-pane kt-accordion-pane kt-accordion-pane-9 kt-pane_ccd0c7-39\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-header-wrap\"><button class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-header kt-acccordion-button-label-show\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title-wrap\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title\"><strong>Part B of the form<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-icon-trigger\"><\/span><\/button><\/div><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel-inner\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The carrier from the waste manufacturer fills in and stamps all copies in Part B.<br>One copy will remain with the waste manufacturer, and the rest of the copies will accompany the waste to the next destination.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-pane kt-accordion-pane kt-accordion-pane-9 kt-pane_247a57-6e\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-header-wrap\"><button class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-header kt-acccordion-button-label-show\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title-wrap\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title\"><strong>Part C of the form \u2013 will be filled only when the waste passes through a transit station:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-icon-trigger\"><\/span><\/button><\/div><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel-inner\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">When a transit station transports this waste to the final destination, the transit station stamps all copies of this part of the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">This form continues to accompany the waste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">[In the event that a transit station has mixed waste from different manufacturers, new waste has been created. In this case, the transit station will send the signed form in Part E to the waste producer and fill out a new form (as the waste manufacturer) that will accompany the new waste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">In this case the form signed by the final destination will return to the transit station.]<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-pane kt-accordion-pane kt-accordion-pane-9 kt-pane_277566-6b\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-header-wrap\"><button class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-header kt-acccordion-button-label-show\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title-wrap\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title\"><strong>Part D of the form \u2013 will be filled out only when the waste passes through a transit station:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-icon-trigger\"><\/span><\/button><\/div><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel-inner\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The second carrier \u2013 from the transit station to the final destination \u2013 will fill in the details and sign the form in Part D.
