Hazardous Materials Transportation
Hazardous substances are defined as materials which, with uncontrolled exposure, can cause harm to people and the environment. Exposure can be caused by spillage, leakage, dispersion, explosion, evaporation, fire and more. Industrial waste may often contain hazardous substances as a byproduct of industrial processes.
Due to the risk involved in handling hazardous waste, there are regulations and official orders of the Israeli Ministry of Environment that apply to any entity dealing with hazardous materials. This process is very sensitive, so it’s important that it is handled by qualified professionals and experienced employees and according to the strictest standards. Ecology Services holds all of the required permits and necessary treatment licenses for hazardous materials. These include a poison permit and a hazardous materials transportation permit authorized by the Ministry of Transportation, including exporting permit.
